Larchmont Women Welcome Newest
Member to Leadership Circle

Eleven past presidents of the Woman’s Club of Larchmont, Inc. gathered at a luncheon at the home of Camille Odierna on June 4 to honor Janet Day, who just completed her two-year term as club president.

With Day at the podium, the club continued its philanthropic efforts and community enrichments programs. Her fund-raising co-chairs, Christel Pugin and Ingela Shapiro, topped previous revenues two years in a row. Membership chairman Sandy Feldman reports that membership during the two years jumped by 25%. Also under Day’s tenure, the club launched its own web site, www.WomansClubofLarchmont.org.

The Larchmont Woman’s Club, 85 years old and drawing 250 women, is an associate member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs. Their Friday meetings at the Larchmont Avenue Church will resume after the summer recess under its new president Lynn Kotzen.
